An accident is when all responsible parties do what they are suppose to do, then something goes wrong. There is no accident when danger is known to lurk or the responsible parties are to incompetent to realize it and nothing is done about it. And that my friends is what you call a tragedy. Look at these photos and see if you can detect danger lurking soon to become a tragedy.

Think No longer that you are in command here, but rather think. How, when you were, you served your own destruction. Welcome brothers and sisters………………………….
Though he has watched a decent age pass by, a man will sometimes still desire the world, I declare, I see no wisdom in that man. The endless hours pile up a drift of pain more unrelieved each day. And as for pleasure, when he’s got to be an old man, you’ll not see his pleasure anywhere. Not to be born surpasses all philosophy, the second best is to have seen the light and go back quickly from which we came, the feathery follies of his youth once over. what trouble is beyond the range of man, what heavy burdens would he not endure, jealousy, faction, quarreling and battle, are we talking about the bloodiness of war, the grief of war, and then he comes to a strength less age, abhorred by all men, unfriended, without company, in that uttermost twilight. where he must live with every bitter thing. now this is the truth my friend………………………….
Now Let the weeping cease.
I watched it on PBS in 1985, as I watch in now, I see it in a different perspective.
While it’s easy for us to judge someone else’s life, we never pause and look at our own lives. If we are honest and look at ourselves truthfully, we would be able to make the changes and sacrifices that are needed to get our act together.
If you had a car that was constantly in the shop, wouldn’t you consider getting another car?
If you had a leak in your faucet, wouldn’t you get it fixed or replaced?
if your computer wasn’t doing what is was supposed to do, wouldn’t you upgrade or replace it?
By now, I think you get the picture, but I would like to ask this one last question.
Why do we hang on to “FRIENDS” that seem to do nothing more than drag us down, hold us back and even destroy our lives?
